Project Support Specialist H/F Uni Systems

What will you be bringing to the team?

- Have at least a Master's degree.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, out of which at least 1 year in IT project support.
- Hold PRINCE2 Foundation certification (or equivalent) and solid knowledge of project management standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Proven experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment, applying PRINCE2 or equivalent project management methodologies.
- Proficient in the use of project management tools and reporting methods to support effective project delivery.
- Strong understanding of risk, issue, quality, and action management processes.
- Experienced in using MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong desktop application skills.
- Skilled in documenting meetings, including taking accurate minutes and tracking actions at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects and project managers simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience in configuration management, acting as configuration librarian and maintaining relevant systems.
- Proficient in developing templates and standard documentation to support project governance.
- Familiarity with the full end-to-end IT project lifecycle, contributing effectively at all stages.
- Proficiency in English language at a C1 level.
