ENTER THE GAME

As a Legal & CorporateGovernance, IP & Anti-Corruption Intern, you will join theCorporate/IP/Anti-Corruption team committed to supporting the Group's legal operations and compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you will actively contribute to a wide range of corporate legal activities, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of legal management in an international environment.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:
- Assist in the Group's corporate legal activities (in France and abroad): preparation of annual accounts approval, statutory amendments, and implementation of powers of attorney.
- Support in monitoring the Group's insurance policies: contribute to renewals management and claims reporting when applicable.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the trademark portfolio: assist with filings and renewals in coordination with external advisors.
- Assist with KYC requests: complete forms, collect and submit required documentation.
- General responsibilities: update reporting tools and conduct legal research/monitoring of regulatory developments in corporate law.

This internship is for you if:
- You are curious and rigorous,
- You have strong writing skills,
- You have an interest in new technologies and the challenges of a digital environment,
- You have a good command of English.
- You are a student in a Master's program (Master 2) and wish to complete an end-of-studies internship.
- Finally, a first experience in a law firm, or legal department of a company would be a plus

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted,Mathildewill contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (15 minutes). Then, you will complete theAssessFirst test(personality, motivation, and reasoning).

Next, you will meetJordane WEISGERBER- Head of Corporate, your future manager.

Finally, you'll have a final HR interview withMathilde, where you'll also debrief the results of your AssessFirst test.

The recruitment process usually takes around4 weeksto ensure an optimal experience for you.
