Here's how you will have a role to play in this team:

L'Oréal's Group DPO Office seeks a highly driven and experienced Global Data Privacy Program Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge tools and processes. This critical role will focus on enhancing data privacy practices across our global organization, ensuring compliance and fostering user-friendly experiences. Reporting to the Global Data Privacy Program Director, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of data privacy at L'Oréal.
- Design and implement global data privacy programs that empower L'Oréal to navigate the evolving data privacy landscape with a particular focus on new regulations such as PIPL or US states laws. Your expertise in tools and processes will be key to ensuring compliance and building trust with our consumers.
- Advocate for user-centric design and ensure that our data privacy tools and processes are intuitive and easy to use for all stakeholders. Your focus on user experience will be crucial for driving adoption and maximizing the impact of our programs.
- Lead the global rollout and implementation, providing expert guidance and support to countries around the world. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across cultures will be essential for success.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve our data privacy programs and demonstrate their value to the organization. Your analytical skills will help us identify trends, measure performance, and optimize our approach to data privacy.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging data privacy trends and technologies and identify opportunities to enhance our programs and tools. AI integration in our ways of working is one of our upcoming challenges. Your forward-thinking approach will help us maintain our leadership position in data privacy.
The skills that you will need to make an impact:

Project Management skills
- Strong project management and coordination skills with proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and run projects from needs identifications to global roll out focusing on improvement of user experience
- Capacity to conduct a project from ideation phase to worldwide roll out

Knowledge and skills in IT
- Good understanding of IT projects challenges (from design to run)
- Mastering Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint and IT office tools
- Knowledge of Data Privacy Tools landscape

Drive and animation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to work in a diverse and multi-national environment
- Teamwork lover and problem-solving mindset
- Demonstrated partnering skills
- Ability to work with within an international organization and cross function stakeholders
- Ability to animate a large community of experts and non-experts

Languages
- English and French as must have
- Additional language skills are welcomed
