Lead, coach, and grow our Licensing teams, wherewe're developing the next-generation account and subscription management platform. Our mission is to provide valuable insights into feature usage for our customers and internal customer-centric roles, along with notifications and functionality to control feature usage at various levels.

Your responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and grow engineering teams
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Identify talent, provide career guidance, and mentor team captains
- Oversee the performance, alignment, and career development of your teams, including promotions and compensation planning
- Collaborate closely with teams from other departments to ensure efficient cross-functional collaboration and alignment
- Drive organizational change initiatives and support growth planning, hiring, and team scaling
- Actively contribute to delivery planning, ensuring team goals align with company strategy
- Monitor productivity, quality, and team health, implementing improvements based on feedback and metrics

What will help you succeed

- 3+ years of experience leading agile software development teams; preferably focused on cloud and saas products
- A proven passion for coaching, mentoring, and empowering others
- Strong ability to drive and implement change initiatives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments
- Experience breaking down high-level strategies into actionable plans for your teams

Compensation Data

- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to this position, which is EUR 65,000 gross per year (based on full-time). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
