Your Role :

Reporting to the Group based in Lyon, France, you will be responsible for the creation, launch, and full development of the company's subsidiary in Germany. From defining the strategy and setting up operations, to recruiting teams and establishing a strong local market presence.

This role offers a strong entrepreneurial dimension: you will open new agencies and roll out the company's activities across the country.

Key Responsibilities :

Creation, Market Strategy & Agency Development

- Align with the project and the Group's strategic vision
- Conduct market studies to identify opportunities, competitors, and potential clients
- Identify locations and oversee the opening of new agencies
- Define and implement the development strategy in line with the Group's vision
- Supervise the establishment of the legal and operational structure in the country
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations

Commercial Development

- Deploy the Group's sales strategy and commercial policy within the country.
- Develop and retain a strong portfolio of clients in key sectors.
- Build and manage annual budgets and business plans.
- Analyze and resolve issues within the sector
- Drive growth across multiple profit centres, maximize revenue and margin through individual and collective commercial actions, and optimize costs
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio across key sectors
- Provide operational support to agencies.

Leadership & Recruitment

- Recruit, train, and manage local teams (consultants, branch managers, and support functions).
- Promote the Group's culture, best practices, and performance standards.
- Set commercial objectives for teams and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Operations & Compliance

- Oversee the daily operations of the subsidiary and its agencies, including compliance and tax-related matters.
- Supervise administrative, financial, and HR functions in coordination with headquarters.
- Ensure full compliance with local temporary staffing and labor legislation.

Growth & Reporting

- Monitor business growth and profitability of the subsidiary.
- Provide regular reporting to the headquarters on performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Represent the company with clients, institutions, and local partners
