Internship - Digital Marketing Product Officer H/F CMA CGM

YOUR ROLE

You join the Digital Acquisition team within the Business Transformation department, responsible for marketing and survey products (mainly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud).
You work in an international environment, alongside two marketing Product Owners.
You contribute to the structuring of multichannel marketing journeys (email, mobile notifications, WhatsApp), in collaboration with CRM, e-commerce and change management teams.
You take part in strategic projects aimed at improving content personalization and campaign efficiency.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

You support project management around Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud tools.
You collect, analyze and formalize user needs in collaboration with business units.
You help write user stories and prioritize the product backlog.
You contribute to the design, testing and deployment of new features or optimizations.
You ensure communication around the projects led by the team.
You help create training materials and support users.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in communication, digital marketing, project management or information systems (Bac +4/5).
You have a strong interest in digital technologies and marketing tools.
You have some experience or knowledge of Salesforce platforms, ideally Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.
You have a fluent level of English, used for reading, writing and oral exchanges with international stakeholders.
You demonstrate analytical thinking, rigor, writing skills, organizational abilities and initiative.
You enjoy working in a team and have a mindset oriented toward project coordination.
