Product Owner Data H/F Trimane

Direct to Consumer (DtoC) scope includes all the different business models into which the company sell directly its product to end consumers (stores, outlets, web site, etc.)

BI&Data Retail projects require to work with different business teams (supply, merch, planning, finance, DtoC distribution, etc.) to support and guide them in the specification of the KPIs and BI reports that will enable them to derive insights and take decisions to improve their work and bring the company to stay profitable and competitive.

THE JOB :

As IT Product Owner - Retail BI&Data projects, you

- Work with the business teams to define their needs in terms of BI and reporting by guiding them to use the data at best to take the right decisions.

- Define the business objects and KPIs and ensure that the data glossary is shared transversally across the business teams and entities

- Write the projects specifications, refine them in work items in the project backlog following agile methodologies.

- Work with the IT Business Partner to define from which system to get the relevant data to compute the required KPIs.

- Work with the Data Engineer to integrate the data, to validate the data quality and the consistency of the integrated data.

- Work with the Data Analyst/PowerBI developer to have the business needs integrated into the appropriate shared semantic model and in PowerBI reports

- Train the business teams on the developed PowerBI reports on how to read data and derive insights.

- Train the business teams on how do use PowerBI for data exploration and adhoc requests.

- Follow-up with the business team to ensure that the report is used and advise when adjustments are required.
