Description of the Team/Project
As part of the Institutional Affairs & Public Policy team and reporting to the department Director, you will help strengthen Quandela's institutional visibility and support its strategic positioning with public and private stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting regulatory and legislative monitoring on quantum, digital and industrial
- Performing in-depth research to identify key economic and policy trends in the quantum ecosystem;
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations summarizing developments, challenges, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders
- Drafting position papers & talking points aimed at public and private decision-makers (investors, senior civil servants, C-level partners);
- Supporting the preparation of institutional meetings and public events (briefing notes, meeting reports, background materials);
- Updating and enriching the stakeholder mapping
- Contributing to the organization of high-level events, meetings, conferences and advocacy campaigns
- Swile Card (meal vouchers)
- 50% participation in transportation costs
- Possibility of remote work
- Internship Allowance between €1,200 and €1,400 per month
- 1,5 days off per month, cumulative

- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Public Affairs, Political Science, Communication, or a related field. This position is only valid with an Internship Agreement
- Availability for a 6-month internship starting in February/March 2026.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent writing skills in both French and English.
- Interest in public policy and institutional relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience or internships in public affairs, government relations, or communications.
- Understanding of the technology industry and its regulatory landscape.
