Join Our Team as our OEE and Serialization Project Lead

We are looking for a dynamic individual to become our Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all functional topics related to OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and serialization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and Innovate: Serve as the primary contact for all OEE and serialization topics, defining and maintaining process frameworks that align with manufacturing needs and regulatory requirements.
- Deploy Cutting-Edge Tools: Lead the deployment of advanced OEE tooling across multiple sites, coordinating local activities and providing robust implementation support.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Manage relationships with external suppliers and tool providers, ensuring top-quality delivery and operational support.
- Champion Standardization: Promote harmonization of KPIs, data flows, and performance reporting across sites, driving standardized best practices.
- Drive Serialization Excellence: Coordinate updates and lifecycle management of serialization solutions in collaboration with quality and IT teams.
- Optimize Performance: Monitor solution performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and simplification.
- Empower Local Teams: Ensure comprehensive training, documentation, and support structures are in place for local teams.
- Report and Communicate: Keep E&M leadership informed with regular progress reports, addressing issues and key decisions effectively.

Profile Description

What we are looking for?

- Proven Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in OEE, Serialization, or Manufacturing IT projects.
- Industry Insight: Deep understanding of industrial performance monitoring and compliance processes.
- Coordination Skills: Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-site rollouts and manage supplier relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of ANT OEE solutions, Power BI, and Rockwell PharmaSuite. Familiarity with low-code or no-code platforms for tool adaptation or prototyping.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Project Management: Hands-on experience in delivering complex industrial or IT projects.
- Language Fluency: Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
