As part of service provision for the Management Control Department, we are seeking a Cost Center Controller responsible for monitoring and managing structural costs and cost centers across various Business Lines. The role is to be performed autonomously, while coordinating with project teams and interacting with other relevant disciplines.
PROFILE
We are looking for an experienced professional from an engineering or design office background, with the following skills and qualities:
Strong autonomy, attention to detail, and analytical mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple departments
Proven experience in management control, ideally in the Oil & Gas sector
Ability to produce and interpret complex budgetary analyses
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the supervision of the Cost Center Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of cost centers and allocation centers for several departments
Preparing and revising budget forecasts in collaboration with department heads
Performing variance analysis between actuals and budgets
Validating and allocating internal and external costs
Managing monthly and annual closings of analytical accounts
Producing financial reports for budget managers and senior management
REQUIRED SKILLS
The proposed candidate must demonstrate the following competencies:
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in SAP, particularly in analytical and budget management modules
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
