The Social team is a group of 7 passionate and supportive people:

- 2 back-end developers

Our Mission

The main goal of the Social team is to enable employees to connect through dynamic communities and a personalized feed, fostering collaboration and meaningful communication.

Our responsibilities are centered on continuously improving a community solution - a space for open, horizontal sharing, in contrast with the more top-down purpose of a traditional intranet.

Beyond communities, our focus is also to:

- Provide users with relevant content through feeds and streams.
- Manage backups and user search history.

We aim to create a product that is useful, accessible, sustainable - within a team where everyone has the space to speak up, learn, and contribute.

Your Role

As a Back-End Developer, you will be fully involved in the life of the team. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Participating in architecture decisions and technical solution design.
- Developing and maintaining robust, scalable back-end features.
- Designing APIs in close collaboration with the front-end and mobile teams.
- Contributing to our testing strategy (unit and automated tests).
- Taking part in code reviews and continuous improvement of best practices.
- Monitoring and enhancing the performance of our services.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with solid experience in demanding technical environments, capable of leading end-to-end development and actively contributing to team discussions.

What we expect:

- Proven expertise in Python and strong software development knowledge.
- Ability to step back, assess technical challenges, and propose adapted solutions.
- Strong command of professional English, both written and spoken.
- A keen focus on code quality, testing, and maintainability.
- A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a supportive team spirit.
- High autonomy in managing tasks and decision-making.

Nice to have:

- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure...).
- Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
