The Risk and Insurance Department, a center of expertise for the Bouygues Construction Group (France and International), is looking for its future Construction Risk and Insurance Manager.

Within a dynamic team of around fifteen people, you will support operational entities on all issues related to contractual risks and insurance, at every stage of a project: commercial phase, execution, and post-delivery.

Your main responsibilities

Management of guarantees and risks
- Project risk analysis and adaptation of insurance clauses.
- Risk transfer to the insurance market or to third parties.
- Monitoring of insurance budgets.

Claims management
- Handling major claims with brokers, experts, lawyers.
- Statistical monitoring of claims and analysis of causes.
- Contribution to the development of prevention procedures.

Cross-functional interactions
- Collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, Construction, After-Sales).
- Relations with external partners (Brokers, Insurers, Experts, Lawyers).

Profile
- Higher education (Law, Management, Economics, Business School, Insurance School, Specialized Master's).
- First successful experience in a Risk Department, Legal Department, Insurance Company, or Brokerage Firm.
- Excellent command of English and strong cultural openness.
- Strong interpersonal skills, listening, initiative, rigor, and responsiveness.
