Les missions du poste
Role Summary:
As a Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining applications mainly for the Windows 10/11 platform.
You will play a key role in enabling seamless passenger services with the delivery of business applications on common use platform at airport front-office and back-office positions.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, system integration skills, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test and package applications for the Windows 10/11 platform (e.g., Custom Chromium browser, Peripheral Manager)
- Ensure compliance with certification requirements from common-use providers like SITA, RESA, and EMBROSS.
- Integrate applications with ALTEA and other airline systems, including test environment setup, validation and certifications.
- Collaborate with other business teams including BRMs, business analysts, and external vendors.
- Participate in new developments, testing, and rollout phases (also on MVP level)
- Documentation of technical specifications, test results, and deployment procedures.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives on the future solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- English: C1
- Strong programming skills using modern Java and C# using frameworks Spring Boot and .NET.
- Thorough understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms for developing efficient, robust, and maintainable software.
- Experience using testing frameworks (Junit) to ensure the quality of your code during development.
- Good understanding of Windows architecture and how technical applications interact with the OS and peripherals like printers and scanners.
- Experienced in using version control Git and GitHub to manage code changes in collaborative projects.
- Proficiency in using debugging tools for identifying and resolving issues.
- Good understanding of network and web technologies used by the desktop applications (TCP/IP, Web sockets, FTP, HTTP and REST APIs).
- High level Understanding of network architecture (including proxy server solutions)
- Ability to work independently and proactively in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with airport or airline IT systems.
- Familiarity with certification processes on provider platforms (like SITA/RESA).
- Exposure to cloud-native and hybrid deployment models.
