The Commercial Excellence aims at improving Arkema's overall commercial performance by providing its commercial population with an organization, and training to achieve the compagany's growth objectives.
Under the responsibility of the Commercial Performance Manager and in collaboration with the Data Manager, you will :

Support for Key Account Management ans Strategic Monitoring :
- Support key account managers ( KAM,GKAM).
- Assist in preparing top management meetings.
- Update summary sheets on major players in the chemical related industry, develop monitoring tools concerning economic, industrial, CSR points, etc.
- Identify tools that can facilitate automatic analysis of companies' annuel reports.
- Identify BUs with data that can be shared, and link with new AI tools for analysis (KBcrawl).

Support for Reporting
- Helping Business Units in assessing better their Business analysis by proposing new angles.
- Support the monthly Comex reporting and enrich it.
- Take part in the churn analysis (loss of sales to some customers).
- Help define KPI to fuel the growth and Project Management :
