Business Controller Holding Suresnes Fr 92150 H/F Ingenico

About the position

Reporting to the Financial manager of central entities (3 entities), you will hold a direct and pivotal role as financial owner of the two holding entities. The position will involve working on broad financial subjects, including P&L, cash and balance sheet and with multiple stakeholders from various function and country.

The position is based in Suresnes and we will move to La Défense in March next year.

Your main responsibilities

- Act as local financial owner of financial packages (P&L & FCF) for the 2 holding companies - You will have a strong contribution in the production of monthly reporting and analysis.

- Provide clarity on the cost base evolution and support the cash forecast process.

- Contribute actively in the budgeting and forecasting process for the holding entities

- Interact with both internal and external stakeholders such as external auditor

- Act as business partner with support functions leaders (members of the Ingenico Executive committee) & operational teams such as Marketing, IT, HR, Finance or Legal.

- Monitor all intercompany flows between the holding companies and the operational entities across the world (Management fees, Trademark fees and others reinvoicing)

- Constantly improve our processes to steer our analysis towards impact and action and turn existing time-consuming processes into sustainable and scalable automated tasks when possible.

- Be a key stakeholder for reporting automation, finance tools improvement, automation of recurring tasks, improvement of forecast quality, etc.

Your profile

You have a Master's degree graduate from business school or university with a major in Finance, a first experience of 2 to 5 years in a FP&A/Controlling position and a strong level of French and English.

Important technical skills :

- Good understanding of financial statements (mainly P&L & cash flow)

- Familiarity with financial systems (mainly reporting) is essential as the role implies significant part of data manipulation

- Excellent MS office skills (Excel/PowerPoint)

- Strong analytical skills and creative approach to problem solving

- Ability to communicate and interact in matrix/multi country environment

- Enthusiastic, self-starting with a positive outlook
