Internship - Project Change Management & Training - Saclay R&I - M - F H/F Danone

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This mission is in the context of deployment of Cybele, our Product Lifecycle Management program : digitalization of our product specification portfolio and related digital collaboration between R&I, QFS, Master Data, Operation and Regulatory. This program requires deep change management and training. The role of the mission will be primary on the training, and secondary on change.

This internship will take place in Paris, at our R&I Danone Research Center Paris Saclay starting from January 2nd 2026.

Laure Burtin in the team of Data Digital Team will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:

Primary activities :

- Coordination of training activities, including planning, logistics, and feedback collection.
- Co-facilitating trainings for different functions
- Driving thedevelopment and localization of training materials to meet the needs of different user groups.
- Monitor training effectiveness and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Take directly part of training after train the trainer session

Secondary activities :

- Gaining exposure to global deployment strategies and learning how change is scaled across countries and cultures.
- Monitor user readiness.
- Participating in change communication activities to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
