Position Snapshot
- Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages, Assago Headquarter
- Location: Milan
- Relevant marketing experiences, minimum 10-15 years, preferably gained in different international markets /Zones / Category / SBUs
- Previous experience in international assignments is mandatory; experience in managing Premium Brands is a plus
- Experience in creation and production of communication assets and digital content is essential for this role
- Experience in engaging with key stakeholders, including Board Members, is essential
- Experience in managing Central PFME resources and influencing PFME investments is required.
- Availability to travel about 40% of working time.
- Fluent English, Italian is useful (not mandatory).
Position Summary
Italian Premium Brands are Globally led and globally executed brand, this is a role a critical role for the category and for the future business ambition.
In this role you will lead globally Italian premium brands (S.Pellegrino; Acqua Panna; Sanpellegrino Italian Sparkling Drinks) Strategy Direction: Ambition, Objectives, Strategies and Key initiatives, delight target consumers, build brand portfolios and generate strong brand results.
The role involves direct management of substantial Central PFME resources and influencing significant PFME investments made in the markets.
You will develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation to create new occasion of consumptions and/or premiumize to create value among the category.
A day in the life of Head of International Marketing Italian Premium Brands
- Inspire and Develop the Brand Equity of brands and the storytelling
- Delivering International Communication and activation platforms consistent among the 145 countries but taking into account the different culture/sensitiveness via the listening of the markets;
- Secure superior quality and taste experiences gets provided by our product;
- Demonstrate strong leadership and capability to interact with different stakeholders at international level and facilitate team development
- Collaborate with Category / Channel and Customer teams to build meaningful shopper experiences and activations
- Develop strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plans leading to outstanding execution.Assist in the development of the MBS;
- Create engaging brand experiences for consumers when and where they are most receptive to brand contacts (and in full alignment with the IBU International Relations team);
- Driving an acceleration on our Social Media strategy leading transformation of our social media and influencers strategy and leading Fine Dining Lovers direct to consumers content led platform.
- Enhancing a rich set of gastronomy events and sponsorships (50 Best restaurants, Relais Chateaux, S.Pellegrino Young Chefs, ...).
- Leading a team of more than 20# people and energize a community of marketers worldwide with key focus in US, FR, UK, IT and CANADA.
- Curiosity, passion for gastronomy and availability for frequent travelling are key.
