What You Will Do

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with leadership (Engineering Manager, Product Manager, Product Designer) and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams. You will be expected to:

- Design and deliver growth-driven features:
- Acquisition (B2B website, new regions expansion).
- Conversion (free premium, in-product upgrades).
- Efficiency (automation, dashboards, internal tools, AI for internal users).
- Drive engineering best practices: quality, testing, documentation, observability (Datadog), and production monitoring.
- Shape technical strategy, crafting architectural proposals with achitects and aligning engineering roadmaps with Growth & GTM objectives.
- Scale our GTM systems: automate Sales & Ops workflows, build self-serve activation experiences, and integrate with third-party tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to turn business insights into impactful technical solutions.

Who You Are

Must-haves:

- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React, API development.
- Experience with complex systems: microservices, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Docker, and aws environments.
- Proven collaboration with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Product-first mindset: ability to empathize with customers and link technical choices to business impact.
- Fluent in English (French is a plus).

Bonus Points:

- Experience in B2B SaaS / Growth Engineering.
- Knowledge of RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, AWS Glue, Salesforce.
- Experience building high-availability systems and observability.
- Track record of driving PLG/PLS strategies or building Sales/GTM enablement tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered features.
