Global Technical & Scientific Support Manager H/F Adisseo

Responsabilités

- Actively participate in defining the technical and scientific plan with the Head of Poultry Technical and Scientific Support Services and execute related technical activities addressing field issues. A special focus is on nutrition, health benefits, and applications of antioxidants and probiotics. Deliver unique, value-added solutions tailored to our customers.
- Collaborate with the Innovation Department to develop innovative solutions and concepts, including the development of new technologies and solutions.
- Propose innovative Antioxidants and probiotics conceptsto address animal nutrition and health challenges.
- Conduct tests, trials, and studiesto better understand the role of these feed additives supplementation in farm animals' health and nutrition for market rollout, ensuring benefits for Adisseo's customers and strengthening our scientific presence among competitors.
- Support market access activities to ensure the go-to-market of our Antioxidants and probiotics solutions worldwide.
- Collaborate with regional teams to provide updates on scientific developments in Antioxidants and probiotics, and offer support.
- Develop training materials to facilitate continuous education and trainingfor internal Adisseo teams and external partners on Antioxidants and probiotics in different regions and production programs.
- Communicate efficiently the results of related projects, and support activities to the SBU and the marketing teams.

Enhance Adisseo's scientific and technical expertise and reputation in the Antioxidants and probiotics field in different regions and production programs by maintaining an excellent scientific network, publishing research findings, and presenting at relevant conferences.

Profil

- PhD in Poultry Science, Nutrition, Veterinary, Physiology, or a related discipline with a strong knowledge of Antioxidants and probiotics nutrition, health benefits and applications, and improving the sustainability of monogastric animals.
- Proven scientific and technical expertise in providing customer-designed solutions that address business concerns due to different stressors and how to counteract them, enhancing production efficiency and profitability.
- Ability to present a straightforward technical discussion to individuals focused on business and agricultural practices, along with expertise in positioning products within their ranges and those of the competition.
- Strong scientific network with a demonstrated scientific achievement record, effective oral and written communication skills, and solid presentation abilities.
- 5+ years of experience in the poultry industry.
- Demonstrated capability to successfully work and interact with multidisciplinary teams in a matrix organization, as well as with external parties.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken), extra language is a plus
- 30 to 40% regional and international travel.
