Field Application Engineer - Telecom Hardware H/F Radiall

OUR MISSION

As a Field Application Engineer (FAE) Electromechanical Hardware, you act as a trusted technical advisor, bringing in-depth knowledge of Radiall's solutions and their applications. Your mission : analyze customer needs, provide technical guidance, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective and profitable solutions.

You will BE the key interface between customers and Radiall teams (Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality), ensuring alignment across all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Key activities include :

- Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with strategic customers.

- Lead pre-sales technical discussions, define customer requirements, and negotiate technical aspects including compliance matrices, datasheets, and qualification plans.

- Prepare technical specifications and draft PENs for complex products or sub-systems.

- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs and sales efforts.

- Collaborate with the Sales team to assess opportunities, define strategy, and execute acquisition plans.

- Coordinate product evaluations, pricing strategies, and performance expectations.

- Support the Quality team in resolving product-related performance issues.

- Identify opportunities for expanding the product portfolio.

- Validate technical and commercial offers in the context of new developments or PENs.

- Translate customer expectations into actionable steps to ensure high-quality service and support.

- Ensure fast and effective resolution of customer concerns.
