Job description
As our Headof Product (x/f/m), you lead our Product Teams and drive the development of our SaaS HR platform for healthcare institutions.
You ensure our products truly meet our user's needs while supporting ambitious business growth targets.
With 200+ employees, a new investor, and 2 recent acquisitions, this is a chance to shape the product strategy of a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
Your missions
Strategy & Execution
- You translate Hublo's macro product strategy into clear, prioritized roadmaps.
- You ensure squads focus on the initiatives with the highest business and customer impact.
- You monitor execution and adjust priorities based on results and feedback.
Team & Culture
- You lead and develop the Product team (PMs, Design, Product Marketing), coaching them to deliver customer-focused impact.
- You foster cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- You embed design and user research into the product process to ensure usability and excellence.
Operations & Optimizations
- You standardize product rituals, processes, and reporting to free PMs to focus on strategy and customer problems.
- You leverage Product Ops and data to optimize product performance and feature adoption.
- You identify and remove bottlenecks in product development and delivery workflows.
- You ensure all squads focus on high-impact initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Preferred experience
- You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with proven success leading a product organization of 5+ PMs and related functions (Design, Ops, Data).
- You have a strong B2B SaaS expertise, ideally on multi-module products
- You are a strategic operator, skilled at taking an existing direction, owning IT, and driving IT to measurable success.
- You are customer-obsessed, able to translate user needs into impactful product solutions.
- You are pragmatic and structured, capable of scaling product organizations efficiently without reinventing the wheel.
- You Excel in leadership, communication, and stakeholder management, inspiring teams and aligning cross-functional partners.
