- Durchführung von Verkaufsgesprächen mit den Fachgruppen (Fach- und Klinikärzte, Apotheker und Pflegepersonal)
- Umsetzung der Verkaufs- und Marketingstrategien des Geschäftsbereiches
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Gebietsaktionsplänen und Veranstaltungsmanagement
- Durchführung von Fortbildungsveranstaltungen für Fach- und Patientengruppen

Anforderungen

- Naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (idealerweise Hochschulabschluss) oder Ausbildung zum/zur Geprüften Pharmareferent/in
- 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als erfolgreiche/r Pharmareferent/in
- Kenntnisse im Fachgebiet Diabetes
- Profunde Klinikerfahrung notwendig
- Klare verkäuferische Ambitionen und hervorragende verkäuferische Fähigkeiten, Verkaufserfahrung im Diabetesbereich notwendig
- Fähigkeit zum eigenverantwortlichen Denken und Handeln insbesondere in Bezug auf Kunden und Gebietsmanagement
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Aktiv zuhören und auf Kundenbedürfnisse reagieren
- Zuverlässigkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
- Solide Englischkenntnisse
- Gute Kenntnisse von MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) sowie Outlook
