Détail du poste
Who we are
We help consumers shop smarter. Our ambition is to revolutionize the way people shop, empowering them to find what they need, make informed purchasing decisions, and save money.
Joko is a tech company founded in Paris. Our team of over 80 talents is international and spread across offices in Paris, Barcelona and New York, or working remotely.
As a certified B Corporation, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of the communities we serve, including the 4 million consumers already using Joko to save money every day at over 7,000 merchants.
Over the years, we have quickly expanded our value proposition to enable consumers to make smarter shopping decisions through many features: cash back, buy now and pay later, automatic coupons, price drop alerts, carbon footprint tracking, and more. Today, we are dedicating significant resources to developing an AI-powered assistant that helps users find the right product based on their criteria for price, quality, or environmental impact from the global e-commerce catalog.
After reaching profitability in our core market, we are now expanding internationally with a primary focus on the US.
It's still day 1; come build the future of shopping with us!
This position is based in Paris, where our offices are located.
What You Will Do
As an Workplace Manager at Joko, your mission will be to bring both structure and energy to the team. You will own a broad and highly challenging scope of responsibilities, ensuring that our office is a flawless place to work and that our team experiences are second to none. You will report directly to the VP People.
Your responsibilities:
Office & Workplace Excellence:You will ensure that our Paris office is not just functional, but impeccable-clean, organized, and a true pleasure to work in. Events & Team Cohesion:You will bring the team together through thoughtfully planned and high-quality events. From our All Hands meetings to Joko Academies, Team Events, Joko Drinks, Joko Houses, Offsites, and our legendary Christmas Party-you will make sure each gathering is not just well-organized, but also a moment of real connection and good vibes.
People Operations & Onboarding:First impressions matter, and onboarding is a critical part of the Joko experience. You will own and refine the onboarding process to ensure that every new hire is welcomed seamlessly-with everything from employment contracts and IT setup to team introductions and custom Joko goodies handled flawlessly.
Admin & Compliance :You will track employee expenses (travel, work-from-home allowance, etc.) and ensure that all invoices are correctly recorded for our accounting team (Qonto). In collaboration with the Finance & Legal team, you will oversee our compliance routines, particularly regarding GDPR requirements, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
