Your missions
As a QA Analyst, you will work with a QA manager, other QA analysts and QA automators to establish the overall testing and quality strategy & execution and will work within one or more agile teams.
You will :
- Ensure the overall quality of the product
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Leader in functional and non-functional requirements analyses
- Participate in grooming sessions and plan new features testing campaigns in advance
- Perform manually system and integration testing, analyse results of automated testing and report on findings
- BE part of release management processes by performing release acceptance testing and reporting on release quality status
- Structure regression testing
- Maintain test repository up-to-date by creating and reviewing new test cases and revisioning existing ones
- Closely collaborate with QA automation engineers and developers on overall testing automation strategy
- Provide clear requirements for testing automation by adapting manual tests cases
- Contribute to continuous improvement
- Support the technical team on good practices in terms of quality assurance in software development
Our Stack :
- Methodology : Agile (Scrum) with 2 weeks sprint, followed by production releases
- Test Automation Tools : Cypress/Playwright (UI automation and API)
- Test management : Xray
- Application languages : Typescript, Nodejs, Angular 12
- Database : MongoDB - Maria DB - PostgreSQL
- CI / CD : Gitlab
At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager, to help you succeed in your mission, and continuously improve your skills.
Each team works with quarterly OKR, to BE crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.
The annual appraisal is a shared exchange moment, focused on your development.
To BE considered for this position, the following skills have to BE obvious on your education / experiences :
- You have around 3/4 years of experience in software testing and quality, in a cloud company.
- You have good communication and interpersonal skills that you will use to build a close relationship with internal stakeholders
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- You have a good understanding of the industry software quality practices
- You have good documentation and organization skills
- You have a strong work-ethic and autonomy
- You provide attention to detail and can understand technical issues even if you are not an expert
- You are rigorous and know how to adapt yourself in an agile environment
In addition, here are some important basics to succeed in this position :
- Excellent communication skills
- You are demanding and have a high level of commitment
- You are definitely a thoughtful team player, looking to make your colleagues successful
The bonus skills that would definitely make us pick you :
- Experience in a highly regulated field is a plus (Health, Banking, Government)
- Have experience in testing automation
- Experience in software as medical device

- For this job (full-time), you have a base salary depending on your experience
- Employees stock option plan (BSPCE) subject to customary conditions
