Preferred Experience
- A "product builder", the ideal candidate for the position can demonstrate successfulexperience in contributing to the creation, delivery and maintenance of a software product used in production. We will BE looking for sensitivity to user experience and appetite for understanding business stakes.
- You're able to demonstrate technical skills with our technological stack (Ruby, RoR, AWS).
- We're not looking for someone that has experience with every specific brick of our technology stack, but rather someone that can and enjoys picking up new challenges and can argue his ideas.
- Finally, the ideal candidate will have a good written and oral english and can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. We are looking for someone with a good software engineering culture and for whom humility and transparency.
