What profile we are looking for :
- Education & Experience :
- Minimum 4 years in packaging printing technology (printer or repro house).
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of Graphic Technology standards (ISO, GRACol, Fogra).
- Expertise in color management
- Strong project management skills.
- Skills & Abilities :
- Proficient in color definitions, prepress, and printing techniques.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to define processes, workflows and quality criteria.
- Self-motivated and a team player.

What will BE your key responsibilities :
- Lead print feasibility and technical development for design projects.
- Specify and communicate color development (spot and process color profiling).
- Audit and qualify printers, ensuring alignment with targets and KPIs.
- Implement strategies to optimize print quality across technologies.
- Establish standards for print quality and color management.
- Monitor and control KPIs for consistency and quality in packaging.
- Evaluate and support co-manufacturers and provide technical guidance to the graphics team.
