Experience : Proven experience in process or equipment development, ideally within chromatography or related fields. Hands-on involvement in product lifecycle activities and component testing. Familiarity with automated systems is a strong asset.

Skills : Proficient in PLM systems (Windchill), CAD tools (Creo), and ERP systems (Navision). Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive mindset to seek out information and drive results across functional and international teams.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on process or mechanical design.

Languages : Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
