This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in clinical-ops. Main Responsibilities :
- Design, plan, and conduct biotransformation studies to support the development of drug candidates
- Lead metabolic profiling and metabolite identification studies using advanced analytical techniques, ensuring high data quality and reproducibility
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, including chemistry, pharmacology, toxicology, and regulatory affairs, to integrate biotransformation data into overall development strategies
- Interpret experimental results and present scientific findings to internal and external stakeholders, providing technical and strategic insights
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures, data, and analyses
- Stay up to date with the latest scientific and technological advancements in the field of biotransformation, and apply relevant innovations to ongoing projects
- Contribute to the successful transition of drug candidates from preclinical to clinical development, with a focus on small molecule programs
- Ensure alignment of biotransformation studies with regulatory expectations and development timelines

About You :

- Experience : Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments (talent matters most to us !). Relevant experience in R&D, specifically in biotransformation, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Skills : Strong technical expertise in enzymology, drug metabolism pathways, and analytical techniques such as LC-HRMS/MS and LC-Radio detection, proven track record in conducting studies in an R&D environment, with solid experience in the development phase, including work on clinical samples.
- Education : PhD in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, or related field.
- Languages : Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
