We are looking for aGlobal Internal Control Senior Manager to lead and enhance our internal control framework at a global level. This strategic role involves close collaboration with global functions, regional teams and the internal control network to ensure consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization.

Strategy : contribute to defining the strategic vision of the future referential
- Lead the update of the internal referential (DANGO), including pre-alignment, stakeholder communication and formalisation in collaboration with the Internal Control network, functional teams and global business owners.
- Draft internal control guidelines on ad hoc or emerging topics to support consistent application across the organization
- Draft and co-prepare the scoping file for all entities in scope for testing (DANGO entities)
- Drive engagement and coordination within the Internal Control network, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing (center of expertise community calls, internal control committee...)
- Monitoring Internal Control Results and report:
- Coordinate with the Internal Control Reporting Manager who is consolidating the results from the system to prepare IC results analysis and presentations to leading functions, shared services, and regions
- Internal Control results presentations (timely delivered and solid analysis)
- DANGO referential and prior year comparative analysis
- instructions and guidelines
- Scoping file (scope entities and scoped controls per entity category )
