Why do we need you?
We're looking for a BDR Team Lead who can both lead and execute, who energized by the opportunity to coach and develop a team of two BDRs while also operating as a high-performing individual contributor. In this dual role, you'll help shape our outbound strategy, drive consistent execution, and play a critical part in generating pipeline and setting the team up to hit (and exceed) targets.
Daily you will :
- Drive Pipeline as an Individual Contributor :
Take ownership of a significant portion of outbound pipeline generation through strategic prospecting and outreach.
Lead all outbound prospecting efforts for key accounts and build a robust go-to-market strategy for targeting large enterprises
- Lead & Coach the BDR Team : Manage, support, and develop a team of 2 BDRs, ensuring they meet their goals and continuously grow their skills.
- Act as a Strategic Liaison : Serve as the bridge between BDRs and Sales Leadership, ensuring alignment on goals, feedback, and market insights.
- Optimize Tools & Processes : Identify opportunities to improve outreach strategies, sales messaging, workflows, and tools to maximize team performance.
You're the ideal person if :
- You have a few years of experience as BDR, including people management or team coaching
- You have a strong track record of hitting or exceeding individual pipeline generation targets
- You are able to create and put in place a BDR strategy
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach across channels (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- You have a hands-on mindset and excitement about being both a player and a coach
- You have experience using CRM and sales engagement tools
- You are fluent in French and are comfortable writing and speaking in English
- You have a data-driven approach : comfortable tracking activity, analyzing results, and optimizing based on what works
