QHSE Coordinator Bosch M - F H/F AGL Group

Environmental Management: · Assist in ensuring adherence to environmental regulations, including waste management, spill control, and emissions. · Support environmental risk assessments and contribute to the development or maintenance of environmental management plans (EMPs). · Help monitor environmental factors such as stormwater, air emissions, and noise; maintain relevant logs and records. · Conduct emergency evacuation drills and help prepare materials for environmental emergency response. Compliance & Reporting: · Help maintain QHSE documentation in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. · Provide administrative support during internal and external audits. · Assist with tracking corrective and preventive actions and keeping compliance records updated.

Quality Management: · Manage Maturity Standards as per Bosch requirements. · Implement, maintain, facilitate the 6s process and monitor its effectiveness in driving continuous improvement · Coordinate documentation and communication of Quality Management System (QMS) procedures. · Support the tracking of non-conformities, improvement actions, and performance indicators. · Assist with quality audits and document reviews under the direction of the QHSE Manager. · Coordinate the handling of customer complaints and ensure timely documentation and follow-up. · Support the QHSE team in preparing for internal and third-party audits. · Participate in internal quality checks and follow-up tasks. · Help identify and communicate training needs related to quality procedures. · Encourage quality awareness among staff through coordination of campaigns and briefings. Training & Communication: · Assist in scheduling and coordinating safety, environmental, and quality-related training for employees and contractors. · Support the rollout of Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) programs by handling logistics and follow-up communication. Delegation and Authority: · Report any QHSE concerns, observations, or non-compliant practices to the QHSE Manager. · Escalate incidents or hazards immediately as per procedure. · Contribute to the protection of people, property, and the environment by ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: · NQF level 5 Safety Related Course or SAMTRAC(preferred). · Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a QHSE role within the logistics operations. · Basic knowledge of relevant legislation, ISO standards (9001, 14001 & 45001). · Experience in food safety warehouse handling (preferred). · Experience in incident investigation techniques (e.g. 5-WHY, Fishbone, FMEA ). · General Safety Administration.
