Les missions du poste
To assist in the coordination, implementation, and continuous support of the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems within AGL operations. The QHSE Coordinator plays a key role in facilitating compliance with legislation, industry standards, and company policies, and in promoting a culture of safety and quality across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Health & Safety: · Support the monitoring of safety standards and safe work practices in day-to-day operations (e.g., cargo handling, loading/unloading, equipment use). · Assist with conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and workplace inspections under the guidance of the QHSE Manager. · Help in collecting and compiling information for incident/accident investigations and assist with root cause analysis documentation. · Monitor the implementation of health and safety procedures and escalate non-conformities. · Promote safety awareness by supporting toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and training activities.

Quality Management: · Manage Maturity Standards as per Bosch requirements. · Implement, maintain, facilitate the 6s process and monitor its effectiveness in driving continuous improvement · Coordinate documentation and communication of Quality Management System (QMS) procedures. · Support the tracking of non-conformities, improvement actions, and performance indicators. · Assist with quality audits and document reviews under the direction of the QHSE Manager. · Coordinate the handling of customer complaints and ensure timely documentation and follow-up. · Support the QHSE team in preparing for internal and third-party audits. · Participate in internal quality checks and follow-up tasks. · Help identify and communicate training needs related to quality procedures. · Encourage quality awareness among staff through coordination of campaigns and briefings. Training & Communication: · Assist in scheduling and coordinating safety, environmental, and quality-related training for employees and contractors. · Support the rollout of Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) programs by handling logistics and follow-up communication. Delegation and Authority: · Report any QHSE concerns, observations, or non-compliant practices to the QHSE Manager. · Escalate incidents or hazards immediately as per procedure. · Contribute to the protection of people, property, and the environment by ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: · NQF level 5 Safety Related Course or SAMTRAC(preferred). · Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a QHSE role within the logistics operations. · Basic knowledge of relevant legislation, ISO standards (9001, 14001 & 45001). · Experience in food safety warehouse handling (preferred). · Experience in incident investigation techniques (e.g. 5-WHY, Fishbone, FMEA ). · General Safety Administration.
