We are looking for :
Technical Service Manager Food and Beverage
As a Technical Service Manager Food and Beverage, you will work on the one hand on development projects, construction of technical solutions and equipment related to our products for our customers in the food and beverage industry.
In this part, you will therefore carry out the following missions :
- Management of investment projects and technical support in areas related to our cleaning, disinfection & lubrication activities for our customers;
- Analysis of the request as well as its feasibility and creation of the solution in conjunction with the technical teams of our workshop;
- Preparation of the offer, planning of the works, installation of equipment, technical acceptance and training;
- Proposal of new technical and material developments to our teams in order to enrich our solution offer;
- Ensure the technical link and the proper functioning of the solutions with the customers in conjunction with the sales team;
- Ensure the delivery of services agreed with customers (implementation of technical or IT systems, maintenance plans, implementation of continuous improvement and optimization solutions (quality, productivity, etc.).
On the other hand, you will provide technical support to the beverage and food industry. There, on a daily basis, your missions will BE as follows :
- Identify the problems and needs of our customers in terms of cleaning (hygiene audits, diagnostics, tests, etc.);
- Advise customers in the definition of their cleaning plan and in their product solutions;
- To train users on our products and methods;
- Propose technical and material solutions through your advice and expertise;
- Write technical reports of visits as well as a report to your N+1;
- Expand the existing customer portfolio by developing new business opportunities.
- With a higher education degree in Industry/Maintenance/Electromechanics/Agri-food/Brewery, you have a minimum of 3 years' successful experience in the field of the food and/or beverage industries with a specialty in process and/or maintenance.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and a great ability to adapt.
- Autonomous, flexible and pragmatic, you also have a sense of observation, analysis, and a spirit of synthesis.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
- You are autonomous, rigorous, and pragmatic. Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail allow you to provide clear and accurate reports. You inspire trust with customers through your professionalism, your commitment to providing quality service and are used to working in a constantly changing environment.
- Finally, you have technical computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
