Key Responsibilities :
- Champion the deployment of our new growth model across market
- Lead strategic initiatives to enhance business performance
- Collaborate with global and local teams to unlock data-led strategies and priorities
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in growth strategies
- Co-create training programs to instill growth model principles and foster continuous improvement

What We're Looking For :
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Curious and business acute mindset
- Proactive, solution-driven mindset with a knack for storytelling
- Degree in Market Research, Finance, Sales or related field
- 5+ years in insight, sales, finance or business facing roles, preferably in CPG
