Since 2014, Wiremind has positioned itself as a tech company transforming the world of transport and events with a 360° approach combining UX, software, and AI.

Our expertise lies primarily inoptimizing and distributingour clients' capacity. We work on various projects such asticket forecasting and pricing,3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred toolof companiessuch as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.

Dynamic and ambitious, we strive to maintain our technical DNA which is the engine of our success. The company, profitable and self-financed since its creation 10 years ago, is mainly composedof engineers and expertsand currently supports the growth of ourbusiness modelbased on "software-as-a-service" solutions.

Your missions
After the success of our pricing solution in the transportation sector (including signing SNCF in 2020), we launched Eventori in 2022 to expand into the sports and live entertainment market. With early customers such as Rodez Foot and Monaco Basket, we are now entering a new acceleration phase following the first successful deployment of our solution to the Ligue 1 club SCO Angers in june 2025 and are looking for a Head of Software Engineering to help us scale.
Reporting directly to Charles, Wiremind's CTO and Co-founder, you will take full ownership of the technical vision and execution across both frontend and backend streams. Your mission will BE to define a solid and scalable architecture, break down technical silos, and act as a bridge between product, engineering, and leadership teams.

You will collaborate closely with our existing Frontend and Backend Leads and Developpers, Product Owners, and Sales to ship scalable, quality first solutions that meet the specific business needs of the event industry.

Technical vision & architecture
- Define and maintain a global architecture vision (frontend + backend).
- Own key technical decisions : refactoring, scalability, trade-offs between new features and technical debt.
- Improve collaboration across teams by breaking down existing communication silos.

Project & product ownership
- Deeply understand the business and product context to make the right implementation choices.
- Collaborate with product owners to identify the most efficient path to delivery and ensure consistent planning.
- BE responsible for ensuring technical quality, performance, and maintainability.

Team collaboration & tech leadership
- Support and coach the existing technical leads and developers.
- Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
- Lead by example, while focusing primarily on coordination and team impact rather than individual contribution, we still expect around ~30% hands-on coding on the most challenging part of the codebase

Technical stack :
- Backend : Python 3.7+, SQLAlchemy, Remoulade (in-house task queue), GraphQL APIs
- Frontend : Next.js (front office), Angular (back office), TypeScript, D3.js
- Data-store : Postgresql, Elasticsearch, Redis
- Gitlab for continuous delivery
- Kubernetes for infrastructure
- Prometheus/Grafana and Kibana for operations

Your profile
- You have 10+ years of experience in software engineering and have successfully managed fullstack teams in demanding environments.
- Strong Fullstack background with a backend-first mindset and comfortable navigating frontend topics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to align product, technical teams, and business priorities.
- Bonus : Experience in SaaS, event-tech, or working on complex interfaces and operations-heavy B2B2C products.
