Job Scope
- Participe aux activités de Vigilance et Information médicale sous la respon-sabilité du Responsable Vigilance et Information médicale
- Participe aux activités réclamations qualité produit et suivi des échantillons avec la Pharmacienne Affaires Réglementaires et Qualité
Key Responsibilities
La gestionnaire de données de vigilance et d'information médicale gère les en-trées des cas de vigilance, demandes d'information médicale et réclamations qualité produits de GALDERMA Opérations France.
Vigilances
Participe avec la responsable vigilance et information médicale aux activités suivantes :
- Gère le système de vigilance, avec enregistrement, saisie, demandes d'information complémentaire, archivage et centralisation des informa-tions relatives aux effets indésirables susceptibles d'être dus à un médi-cament ou produit y compris lors d'un mésusage, d'un surdosage ou d'un abus de médicaments.
- Participe au respect des obligations réglementaires en matière de phar-macovigilance, materiovigilance et cosmetovigilance.
Information médicale
Participe avec la responsable vigilance et information médicale à l'organisation du système de gestion des questions médicales
- Identifie, transferts les demandes reçues
- Participe au suivi du sous-traitant o Participe à la mise à jour des questions standards pour les produits GALDERMA
Qualité
- Participe avec la Pharmacienne Affaires Réglementaires et Qualité aux activités suivantes
- Réclamations qualité produit : Identifie, enregistre et traite des réclamations qualité produit reçues.
- Suit et archive les demandes d'échantillons d'atelier
Profil de recrutement :
- Licence - Formation complémentaire en vigilance
- Anglais courant
- Maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique standards
