Pre-requisites profile
Experience in fabrication yards (Maritime & Offshore industries preferred)
5-30 years of work experience
Evidence of HSE-related degrees, such B.sc./M.sc., and/or NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certificate training.
Autonomous in Spanish (written & spoken)
Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
Medical certificate (valid for Spain)
Fitness test certificate (preferred)
GWO WAH (preferred)
Duration
To Decembre 2025 (extension may depend on Manufacturer's scope execution
progress)
5/7 days - 8 hours/day : subject to BE on site during the weekend and
nightshift to witness Load-Out activities
Location & travel
Primary yard : Fene (Galicia, Spain) - Jacket & TP fabrication and assembly
Secondary yard : Aviles (Asturias, Spain) - scope not clarified yet but
essentially aimed to discharge primary yard workload
Potential travel to 3rd-party yards in Spain/ Portugal : not defined at
this stage. In case of primary yard needs to externalize the fabrication of
specific items
Job title and purpose HSE site representative - Foundation fabrication package
- Protect interest - developer
- Monitor adherence to safety requirements
- Collaborate with HSE counterparts (contractors) and provide guidance
to meet safety requirements
Activity : HSE site representative
Ensure Contractor compliance standards and report any deviations
Act as the Site HSE rep during the Jacket load- out onto vessel : Schedule planning to ensure HSE surveillance
Ensure adherence to incident reporting procedure and expectations (accurate, transparent and resolved).
Participate and provide input in incident investigation.
Witness and participate to Site HSSE meetings
Witness and participate to internal meetings
Consolidate data in the internal reporting system : HSE KPI, main events/concerns Consolidate data in internal tracking system :

Prepare & lead HSE inspection with report submission (Fene / Alviles)
If deemed necessary, prepare & lead HSE inspection with report submission (3rd party yard)

Witness critical job's TBT delivered by JV teams at discretion of Management/Site reps.
