Mission :
Design, lead, manage, monitor, and assess the Country organizational strategic plan, and coordinate the total operations of the company, to ensure that the company achieves its mission and objectives agreed with the Group. Provide strategic advice to the Group Executive Team and participate on Strategic initiatives.
Reports to : Europe Zone Director
Team in charge : Total HDC 1,900 employees
Direct reports : Senior Management team containing Sales (SMB, Corporate), Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Merchandising, Finance, HR, IS, and QSS
Responsibilities :
* Develop Local Strategy plan aligned with Group Vision, Mission and Strategy to reach maximum competitive advantage at local level.
* Define and promote the business transformation according to market needs and customer expectations to significantly enhance company value and generate new business opportunities.
* Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans across all business channels (SMB, Corporate) to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
* Promote that the budget and investment plan are established and implemented, agreed with Group Executive Team, to ensure the positive performance of the business. Monitor and optimise budgets, financial forecasts, and revenue and KPIs
* Inspire and motivate the staff to reach high levels of performance and create the conditions to release the fullest potential. Is responsible for overall employee engagement overtime.
* Represent the organization and develop strong relationships with stakeholders, business partners, employee representatives and authorities in order to gain mutual benefits.
* Promote a creative an innovative environment which allows people to learn, generate and implement new ways to add value to the business.
* Comply and enforce company policies in all departments and promote the best practices.
* Keep abreast of the market changes and forces that influence the company to face the future challenges.

Economic responsibility : revenues EUR 550M and OR circa 7% of external revenue
Qualification : university education complemented to MBA or Training Program in General Management
Specific Qualification : continuing training in business management, strategy and human resources

Knowledge : advanced level of Microsoft Office (especially Power Point and Excel)
Experience :
* More than 5 years of experience as Managing Director in a Commercial and International Company, ideally B2B with diverse business channels.
* Used to drive the business in a changing context achieving excellent results.
* Strong commercial/sales track record.
* Experience leading and facilitating business transformation
Other considerations : availability to travel to the key country locations and attend to international meetings
Key challenges :
* Growth of the top & bottom line
* Acceleration of development of PPE
* Build a strong performing Senior Management team (especially in Commercial area)
* Support Lyreco transformation plan (increase automation, digitalization, mutualization of resources/activities...)
