Solution For Customization Consultant H/F Murex

Team and context :

The client services team is firstly responsible for the smooth, timely and cost-effective implementation of our platform in the client's environment.

Following the client go-live, the client services team develops and implements an appropriate upgrade and support strategy.

Your missions :

In the context of implementation or support projects, you will provide to our clients a technical and functional service linked to integration Murex system (data, transactions, reports interfacing ...) as well as a technical expertise based on Murex and third party softwares ( middleware, JMS, data bases, connectors...)

In your day to day you will:

- Support clients in implementing Murex withing their ecosystem and take part in the business as usual and project support (follow-up of client open cases through email, CRM portal, phone calls and on-site visits...)
- Manage clients' service calls in compliance with internal lifecycle including testing in case of functional changes initiated
- Participate in the system version upgrades then perform upgrades and run the required regression testing
- Animate trainings
- Develop an understanding of ongoing activities and manage your own deliverables/progress
