Les missions du poste
Product & tools technical demonstrations
- Support new parts listings through technical demonstrations on garages
- Participate on customer events to promote the Valeo products, tools & services
- Provide technical trainings for Valeo parts in accordance with distributors
- Provide product technical argumentations to train the distributor's sales forces
- Provide technical tools demonstrations for garages
Business Intelligence
- Contribute to improve the garage database with relevant information about the garage characteristics and business opportunities concerning parts or tools
- Carries out specific garage enquiries to support marketing teams
Garage programs development
- Identify the potential garage partners
- Promote the available garage programs to the garages
- Participate to specific technical & commercial actions dedicated to garage partners
Other activities
- Technical warranties : support the quality service by providing technical corrective trainings mainly focused on fitting instructions & repair tips
