Join Qonto as an Account Executive SME & Accountant, where you will build partnerships with accounting firms and convert SME clients through these partnerships. You'll drive revenue by managing the sales process with SMEs referred by accounting firms and presenting Qonto solutions for accountants and SMEs.

As an Account Executive SME & Accountant, you will :
- Optimize sales pipelines to achieve consistent conversion rates and exceed revenue targets with SME clients (70% of role)- Develop and manage partnerships with accounting firms, leveraging your expertise in partnership strategy and account management (30% of role)- Customize product pitches to align with the needs of accounting firms and their client SMEs, showcasing your understanding of Qonto and Regate ecosystems- Collaborate in cross-functional projects to ensure effective collaboration and drive stakeholder engagement- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to influence strategy and maintain a competitive edge

About your future manager :
Your manager will BE Chloé Theodorakis, our Activation Lead.- Her path? Chloé brings a strong commercial and sales background spanning fintech, FMCG, and e-commerce. She has held progressive sales roles at major companies before joining Qonto. At Qonto for nearly four years, she has evolved from Accountant Partnership Manager to her current role, demonstrating deep expertise in the accounting ecosystem and strategic growth initiatives.- What can she bring to the team? Chloé excels at driving scalable growth through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration. Her hands-on experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, and SaaS partnerships makes her uniquely positioned to mentor talent in the fintech space. She combines analytical rigor with sales expertise, having successfully built and managed sales processes that drive business expansion through the accounting channel across Europe.

About You :
- Proven experience in sales and ideally experience in partnership management, with a strong understanding of the accounting industry dynamics- Excellent communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment- Fluent in French and capable of working and reporting in English, with a preference for candidates familiar with fintech or financial SaaS solutions- A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to tackle new challenges and drive results
