As an Assistant Accountant, you will BE a member of the Finance department and you will BE in charge of various tasks such as :
- Processing of Accounts Payable (record invoices, prepare and apply payments)
- Ensure appropriate approvals of invoices in accordance with the company policy
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and query resolutions
- Control employees credit card operations
- Entry of accounting documents
- Various other general accounting and administrative tasks
- Participation in ad-hoc reporting tasks as required
Le profil recherché
- CFC or equivalent diploma in Accounting
- Experience in a similar position, ideally in a bank
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel)
- French and English fluent (oral and written) mandatory
- Knowledge of Ivalua system is a plus

- You demonstrate strong organizational skills
- You are meticulous, attentive to details with very good communication skill
