How you will contribute
- Elaborate commercial budget of the area
- Visit clients and scout the territory to identify new business opportunities, monitor distribution, and analyze competitors
- Manage and support the opening of new stores and contribute to the expansion of the network
- Analyze client data and assess potential for growth
- Ensure consistent and accurate brand representation across the region
- Verify window displays, in-store materials, and product presentation; design and promote special window setups
- Collect and manage orders for new collections and forecast future orders
- Oversee post-sales activities in collaboration with the Customer Service team
- Manage product returns and ensure smooth operational flow
- Gather client needs for trade marketing materials and coordinate with the Trade Marketing team
- Propose and organize client events in collaboration with Trade Marketing
- Define, monitor, and BE accountable for KPIs across the franchising and wholesale network
- Collaborate on day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals

Who you are
- Master's degree in economics or a similar field
- Experience as Area Manager, gained in International Companies, and with a genuine passion forLuxury
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel frequently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, positive attitude with a confident and assertive personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
