About the job
We're looking for an FP&A Apprentice for 12 monthsto join our team in Paris. The ideal start date would BE September 2025 but we are flexible to accommodate the right candidate.
Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will BE an integral part of the finance department. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and kick off your career in a growing international scale-up !
What you'll do

- Assist in preparing financial forecasts and budgets exercise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the month-end close process by analyzing financial performance vs. forecast of each department
- Contribute to company transformation by participating in the development and maintenance of financial reports, analyses and dashboards, enhancing decision-making processes
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development (hosting analysis, SaaS stack etc.)
- Collaborate with our internal stakeholder departments to gather data and insights, ensuring comprehensive financial oversight
- Help with the documentation process

What you'll need to succeed

- Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Finance or related field (Master 1 or 2 or equivalent)
- Proficiency in English & French, to BE able to connect with our subsidiaries abroad and our internal teams
- Analytical Skills : Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems with precision and attention to detail, particularly in financial contexts
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and PowerPoint ; Familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication : Efficient verbal and written communication skills ; Ability to convey complex data in simple terms
- Work Ethic : Eager to learn, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player : Enjoys working collaboratively and building trusted relationships with stakeholders from different teams
