Join our Corporate Finance Team as a Corporate Finance Associate Project Director

About the Role :
As a key advisor and project leader, you will play a vital role in optimizing the financial structure of our global affiliates, managing financial operations, and driving value creation. Your responsibilities will encompass :
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Structure Optimization :- Analyze and recommend optimal equity/debt structures for Group affiliates.
- Evaluate and validate capital contributions.
- Manage dividend repatriation (including statutory accounts/board resolutions).
- Oversee capital reductions and share buyback programs.
- Strategic Financial Management :- Structure evolutions to the Group's legal/financial structure (mergers, spin-offs, restructurings, etc.).
- Evaluate joint ventures/co-enterprise projects (impact on control/consolidation).
- Monitor minority shareholders/stake investments.
- Evaluate M&A projects (valuation, value creation, IFRS impact, agreements, integration).
- Manage working capital and real estate finances.
- Handle ad-hoc requests from the Group CFO.
- Value Creation Monitoring :- Monitor the cost of capital.
- Measure/analyze payback and ROCE for major investments.
- Manage real estate financial matters.
- Address ad-hoc requests from the Group CFO.
- Qualifications and Experience :- 10-12 years' experience in investment banking, Big Four transaction services, or corporate finance (multinational).
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and big-picture perspective.
- Excellent oral/written communication.
- Proven leadership, project management, and collaboration skills (complex, cross-functional, international environments).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and autonomous.
- Fluent English (essential); French, Spanish, or Chinese (plus).
