As part of its long-term strategy, Salomon wants to increase the size of its business in the sportstyle footwear segment. To support this growth, we need to strengthen the analytical part of our business drive so that we can measure the impact of our business decisions on sales performance.
Your main task will BE to provide insights to various teams based on sell-out and external data to optimize in-season orderbook and marketplace management.
Your main responsibilities will include :
Account demand planning :
- Collecting and consolidating sales data using dashboards
- Analyzing sales performance indicators and providing strategic recommendations :
- Analysis of key account performance (sales, sales rate, stock, traffic, shelf share, etc.)
- Stock analysis by customer to provide recommendations for reorders & in-season orderbook optimization
Marketplace management :
- Tracking and mapping of Sportstyle distribution and provide recommendations for adjustments
Sell-out data coverage management :
- Work closely with the sales teams to collect data and support them in increasing the coverage rate
- Optimise our tools and processes to maximise the time spent analysing performance data
- Creation of dashboard for marketplace management & orderbook status
What this apprenticeship will offer you :

- Training and use of performance analysis tools (Power BI, advanced Excel, etc.).

Le profil recherché
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiar with Power BI is a plus.
- Languages : Fluent English (you'll work with international team members and most meetings will BE in English).
- Education : Business school or equivalent with a focus on Business Analysis.
- Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical mindset
- Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
- Proactive attitude and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Fluent English required (daily work in an international environment)
- Communication skills for cross-department projects
