Join our dynamic presales team as a Presales Solution Architect, where you will BE a critical technical leader and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle. You will leverage your deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform to understand complex customer challenges, design innovative solutions, and articulate the technical and business value of our offerings to senior technical and business stakeholders. Working closely with Services Sales Executives and Services Sales Domain Specialists, you will shape winning strategies and ensure proposed solutions align with customer enterprise architecture and drive successful business outcomes.
