Les missions du poste
Mission of the role :
with cross-functional teams to ensure excellence in execution in landing & business ambition.
- Stakeholders' alignment
& define Action Plan with CBUS to reach our ambition.
2/Support the launch of new disruptive innovations designed for Healthy GO Getters (Expert range /shots) : project management, EU P&L follow-up, price, concept tests
3/Lead & Animate the EU community through monthly EU CBU calls
4/Support on Activia Pack transformation to PET (consumer study)
Key deliverables :
- CGM presentations
- Clear diagnosis & strategic background for project meetings & CBUS onboarding
- Monthly EU CBU call decks
- Fiber Analysis
Internal
Many & regular interactions with :
- Global Team on Activation & Portfolio topics
- All EU CBUS
- Cross-functional teams (R&I, quality, IPRO)
External
Agencies on specific topics (Portfolio for ex)
Le profil recherché
Experience requirements :
Already few marketing experiences in FMCG (internships, JBM) with strong business sensitivity & leadership skills.
Skills & Competencies :
- Business-oriented mindset
- Good networking capabilities
- Good leadership & autonomy to manage & lead projects
- Impact-oriented, team-player & committed to excellence
- Dynamic & eager to take on challenges.
- Ability to adapt to fast changing environment
- Fluent in english
