Human Resources Officer - Malawi H/F AGL Group

-Oversee the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
-Administer compensation and benefits programs, including pensions and medical schemes.
-Provide support in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company procedures and labour laws.
-Coordinate the staff performance appraisal process and follow-up actions.
-Identify training needs and support implementation of staff development initiatives.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
-Ensure compliance with Malawi's Employment Act, Labour Relations Act, Pension Act, and other relevant legislation.
-Support HR policy implementation and monitor adherence across departments.
-Promote a positive working environment through effective communication and employee relations strategies.
