With our kids' bike department, we want to inspire a new generation of young riders by making cycling an instinctive, safe, and joyful part of childhood. Our dream is to help every child gain confidence and freedom through biking.

To make this dream a reality, we are looking for a passionate Product Engineer to join our team.
Within the kids cycling dep. You will BE reporting directly to the kids cycling technical director.
As a Product Engineer, you will BE responsible for the innovation and eco-design of kids' bikes, working closely with your project team (Product Manager, Designer, Component Engineer, etc.). Your goal is to develop lightweight, safe, and fun products that inspire young cyclists while optimizing cost, lead time, and environmental impact.
You will organize the development of your products as a true technical project manager, collaborating with internal and external experts (Designers, Process Experts, R&D teams, Suppliers, etc.) to ensure the successful execution of the project.
You will also focus on mechanical design using CAD to create and prototype innovative bike components.
Le profil recherché
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in product design, ideally within the cycling industry. You should have hands-on expertise in mechanical design, particularly in bike mechanics, and solid CAD skills for modeling and prototyping components. Experience with electric bikes is a plus, though not essential.
You are someone with a deep passion for cycling and sport, driven to create products that truly enhance the experience for young riders. Your enthusiasm for the sport should fuel your creativity and problem-solving, allowing you to design bikes that truly make a difference. You are eager to collaborate and share your ideas, working closely with your team to bring them to life.
In addition to your technical skills, you should have strong project management abilities, BE able to work autonomously, and have the drive to continuously innovate and improve. You're ready to take on the challenge of shaping the future of cycling for the next generation.
