YOUR MISSIONS
As the Infrastructure Management Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing processes and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Your mission? Deliver high-quality service, optimize resources, and foster a culture of excellence in collaboration with dynamic and committed teams.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
In this role, you will BE responsible for :
1. Infrastructure Management
- Overseeing the maintenance, security, and upkeep of the company's infrastructure.
- Monitoring renovation, layout, and development projects.
- Implementing preventive maintenance procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Managing infrastructure-related budgets and coordinating technical interventions.
- Analyzing needs, drafting specifications, and managing calls for tender.
2. Team Management
- Leading a team by defining clear objectives and supporting their professional development.
- Promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Organizing regular meetings to track projects and evaluate performance.
3. Role Evolution
- This position may eventually encompass some or all of the organization's general services.
